Information and enquiries

Website content is general information about our services and the conversations we welcome. An enquiry does not create a payroll, employment, agency or rewards agreement. Service availability, suitability, fees, deliverables and responsibilities are confirmed in a written proposal and agreement.

Payroll arrangements

Each organisation’s and individual’s circumstances differ. Payroll administration does not remove the employer’s statutory responsibilities. An umbrella arrangement is subject to suitability and the actual working relationship. Content is not individual legal, tax, financial or employment advice.

Rewards participation

PayDirect Rewards participation is subject to the programme terms agreed with the participating client. Those terms specify qualifying activity, the earning basis, points ownership, when points become available, available redemption options, points value, thresholds, adjustments, exclusions and expiry conditions where applicable. No particular provider, monetary return or redemption catalogue is promised by general website imagery.

Points and redemption

Points are programme units, not deposits, a bank account or wages. They are not advertised as freely transferable, cash-equivalent or universally tax free. A redemption request is subject to the options, authority, availability and conditions in the participant’s programme. Specific fees or conditions must be disclosed in the applicable terms before the participant agrees.

Images and intellectual property

Branding, website design and editorial content may not be copied without permission, except as allowed by law. Industry imagery illustrates sectors and places; pictured people are not represented as PayDirect employees or clients.
