Payroll partnerships
A stronger connection behind every pay run.
A considered partnership for Irish payroll companies and bureaux. Start with the work you need supported, then define the service, handoffs and responsibilities together.
Talk through your requirements
A service shaped around the work.Your standards. A clearly agreed partnership.
Whether you are reviewing delivery capacity, supporting a new client requirement or exploring a longer-term relationship, the first step is to understand the operating detail. We make space for that conversation before proposing a service.
- Defined delivery boundaries
- Clear client communication ownership
- Agreed information and approval routes
- Reward eligibility reviewed together
01Define the work, precisely
Tell us which part of the process needs support. We discuss the clients, pay frequencies, volumes and complexity, then agree the work PayDirect can undertake. There is no assumed technology integration or automatic transfer of responsibility.
02Protect the client relationship
Agree who communicates with the end client, how changes are authorised and how questions are escalated. Confidentiality and permitted use of information belong in the written arrangement, alongside the service scope.
03Build a practical handoff
We map the inputs, deadlines, checking, approvals and outputs with your team. Data formats, access methods and continuity arrangements are confirmed during implementation.
04Explore programme participation
Where a rewards arrangement is suitable, we explain the eligibility, ownership and earning basis. The programme terms must identify who receives points and who can approve redemption.
Make the first conversation count.
Tell us your current arrangement, the next payroll date and what you would like to improve. We’ll agree the right next step together.

Good questions.
Clear answers.
How is a partnership set up?
We begin with the work you need supported, your operating requirements and the intended client communication. Scope, confidentiality, responsibilities and the handoff are agreed before the service begins.
Can we discuss capacity support?
Yes. Tell us the nature of the work, expected timing and operating requirements. Availability and service scope are confirmed in a written proposal.
Who owns the end-client relationship?
That is agreed between the parties. We define communication, authorisation and responsibilities before any service starts.
